UK Shipping

All UK orders received will be despatched on a next business day delivery where we have the stock available . If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an e-mail, no later than the next working day after you place your order, confirming the estimated delivery date.

Once the item is despatched, you will receive an e-mail giving details including the expected delivery date and the delivery method.

Cues and cases will always be despatched by UPS or DHL on a next day delivery, and small items like tips, and chalk will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery if requested.

For large orders, which are at the discretion of The Cue Store, we reserve the right to make additional security check, for this we may contact you via e-mail or telephone. We plan to deliver within a week of the order being place with The Cue Store, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
